We provide you with a plush robe, sandals, and a secure locker for your personal items during your visit. Our highly trained therapists follow professional draping techniques to ensure your complete comfort and privacy. You’re also welcome to wear undergarments if preferred.

Please note: We recommend leaving jewellery and valuables at home or secured in your hotel room safe, as Amatista Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

We understand that life happens. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide:

• 24 hours’ notice for individual bookings
• 48 hours’ notice for group bookings or multiple treatments (up to 4 guests)
• Cancellations made after these windows—or no-shows—will be charged 100% of the treatment value to the credit card on file.

If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened to honour the next guest’s reservation time.

To preserve the peaceful atmosphere of our spa, we kindly ask that all guests silence and refrain from using cell phones and other electronic devices during their visit.

Guests must be 19 years or older to access our spa facilities.
Reservations can only be made by adults 19+. Valid ID may be required upon arrival.

Your wellbeing is our top priority. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or recent surgeries at the time of booking. You will be asked to complete a brief health history form prior to your treatment so we can customize your service accordingly.

We do not recommend consuming alcohol before your appointment. Excessive alcohol intake may result in a rescheduled service at the discretion of our team.
