Public parking is available in any Westin parking spots at a cost of $4.00 per hour. As parking is shared by multiple facilities, we recommend allowing extra time to find a space.

During your time with us we are happy to provide you with a robe and sandals to wear, as well as a locker to store your personal belongings. Our therapists are highly trained on draping procedures to ensure your complete privacy. However, for your comfort undergarments may be worn during treatments. Amatista Spa at Bear Mountain Resort is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles. Therefore, jewelry and all other valuables should be left in your locker or hotel room safe.

The services you select are reserved especially for you so if you find your self running late, your spa experience will be shortened in order to honor the time reserved for our next guest. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice based on your appointment time or 48 hours’ notice for multiple treatments and group bookings up to 4 people is required for cancellations. A full charge of 100% of the service price will be applied to the credit card provided if the required notice is not given. We value your business and appreciate your co-operation.

In an effort to make your spa experience as seamless as possible, an 18-percent service charge will be added to your services. This includes service charge distributed to the staff who served you during your visit. Additional gratuities may be offered at your discretion. Payment is accepted prior to your treatments for your convenience. Credit cards or your room number are required to hold spa reservations. Hotel guests may charge spa services to their room. To protect the privacy and security of our guests, we cannot charge a card on file without physically swiping the card and obtaining a signature prior of your spa experience.

To ensure a peaceful and relaxing experience for all guests, the use of cell phones and other electronic devices are not permitted in the spa. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Please inform us of any health conditions at time of booking. Consumption of alcohol before your treatment is not recommended, and excess consumption may result in our concierge team rescheduling your appointment. You will be asked to complete a health history form prior to your arrival, so your spa professionals can better customize your experience to meet your needs.
